Starting from a small room at her mother’s home, Jazmyne Magee turned a simple vision into Jay NeCole Aesthetics & Spa LLC, a luxury beauty brand. Her journey began in 2018, offering waxing and facials while studying at Indiana University Northwest, eventually expanding her services to lash extensions, brows, nails, and more.

Jazmyne earned her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice (2021), became a mother at age 24 (2023), completed a Clinical Medical Assistant program (2025), became a Student Esthetician (2025) and received her Masters in Social Work (2026). Her resilience and dedication, including overcoming personal challenges and embracing motherhood, have shaped her mission to empower and inspire through beauty.

Today, Jay NeCole Aesthetics & Spa offers facials, advanced skincare, lash extensions, marketing materials, training classes and professional lash supplies are in development. Jazmyne’s vision blends luxury, artistry, and heart, creating experiences that make every client feel confident, celebrated, and part of her journey.
